SL and I drove over to a wedding venue last night to celebrate the wedding of our cousin. It was a beautiful night with the family and watching two young people start a life like David and I did 26 years ago was really sweet. I don\u2019t get invited to a lot of weddings, and I had wondered if this would be a difficult thing to attend for me without David, but it wasn\u2019t. I wasn\u2019t sad at all and actually super proud of my cousin T for taking this big step in his life with someone who has become his best friend. SL was great company, and we had a good time. SL even managed to come away with the bridal bouquet. We got a sweet surprise when we visited the memorial table and saw a familiar smile I have missed so much these past nine months since last I saw it. David gave those kind of smiles that reached his eyes and made them all squinty and seeing that framed photograph just made the night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
